Q. Where is West Temple Storage Located?

A. The address of West Temple Storage is 3477 South West Temple in Salt Lake City, Utah. The storage units are on the east side of the road tucked in between the buildings by several hundred feet. 

Q. What size units do you have available to rent? 

A. We have 2 sizes of storage units available: 13’x32′ and 21’x32′.

Q. What are the typical contract terms? 

A. The typical contract terms are for 12 months. 

Q. Can I rent month to month? 

A. No, we do not offer month to month contracts.  

Q. Do you have restrictions on what can be stored in the units? 

A. Yes, there are restrictions that are detailed in the storage unit contract. 

Q. When does a contract period start and end? 

A. The contract period starts when the occupant signs the contract and submits their security deposit & first month’s rent. 

Q. What are the hours I can access the unit I've rented? 

A. You can access your storage unit 24/7, 365 days per year. 

Q. What security is in place to protect the facility? 

A. West Temple Storage provides a controlled access gate and also has security cameras around the facility.  

Q. Is there a security deposit required? 

A. Yes, there is a non-refundable security deposit required ($250/small unit and $350/large unit).  

Q. Can I pay with a credit card and enable auto-pay? 

A. No, credit cards are not accepted. 

Q. What condition do I need to leave the unit when I move my belongings out? 

A. The storage unit needs to be empty and clean. 

Q. Can I rent more than one unit? 

A. Yes, and discounts may apply.
